Yup, that time again . . .

Saturday afternoon we went to our second pig-pickin pool party at the Bayless home. This time last year, we went to our first, not really know what was in store. I must say, the pig was dressed quite nicely, and the kids weren't as freaked out about it as they were last year. Matt was kind enough to let us see it before it was "picked." Mmmmmm. The kids loved playing in the water, and Lily was excited that she didn't have a broken arm this year. It's amazing how much nicer a lot of things are without a broken arm. Nathaniel borrowed a pair of goggles so he could go swimming, and then he got shy. Grace, as you can tell, had no problem what-so-ever jumping into the food, and the pool, and Benjamin and Lily loved jumping off the diving board. They tried to convince any and all to make as big a splash as possible. I think they were trying to get all the dry adults on the side lines wet, always a fun contest. Jeff was taught how to do a "Lemon drop" by some of the kids in the ward. Apparently, you sit on the board and then just lean back and gently fall in the water. I didn't see that one, but it sounds pretty fun. As the afternoon went on, the pool and our bellies got more and more full, and it was fun to see lots of people from the ward. Nice Job!
