First Annual Tessem Olympics

During our families trip to Idaho Falls, Scott took it upon himself to direct the first ever Tessem family Olympics. The contestants were Lily, representing (locations were chosen by their contestants) North Carolina, Caitlyn representing Norway, Aubrey representing Hawaii, Jase representing Mexico, Jeff/Grace representing the city of Taipei, Benjamin representing Brazil, and Kathleen representing Kazakhstan-or-something. It was a stiff competition, and while allegations were levelled by the judge/despot Scott that the representatives of the city of Taipei were involved in performance enhancing drugs, no major feelings were hurt. In the end, all the representatives were rewarded with a plethora of corn chips, nacho cheese, and tomatillo salsa. Viva the games! Scott the judge describing the events, and giving a visual representation of the "Foot slide".
The contestants ready to show their Olympic spirit through sport.
Lily running the obstacle course, look at the speed that girl has!
Aubrey coming in for her record time for Hawaii.
Jase showing us why he is "Super Jase", man that kid has so much energy!
Caitlyn beginning her time trial with excellent form coming off of the slide.
The representatives of the City of Taipei on their way to glory (aside, take a look at Grace's face, she looks so scared!).
Kathleen, representing Kazakhstan-or-something, going for the glory of the mother land!
All the competitors feasting on the glorious nachos in the Olympic spirit of picnicking.
