September, traditionally has been spent with John, Kara, and Jeff all getting a year older. This year, John and Kara brought their beautiful daughter Myla all the way from Denver to spend some time with us this month, and we really enjoyed their company. Thursday morning, the children took an educational day and we headed to the beach after birthday presents. The kids had fun in the car finding random uses for scotch tape to keep themselves busy.
