I really enjoyed having the kids home during spring break. We tried to have an adventure of some kind every day, some included friends, and some were on our own. We packed a lot into the week or so we had together, but it was good to have a taste of summer to come.
Lily has mastered the monkey bars, and can make it from one side to the other with ease. I remember when this used to be a simple task, in my youth. Can't say I can accomplish it now.
I just had to post this. Our lovely neighbor, Berta, gave me these crystal goblets "for the kids" and I couldn't resist making yummy ice cream delights after we had worked in the garden and the warm day. I know it makes you want one ;)
