Jeff and I made sweet potato pancakes for breakfast, and then we all headed out to the beach. Lily and Lauren were delighted to find out they were wearing the same swimming suit, or rather that their swimming suits matched. Jeff and I took turns running barefoot on the beach, and on the way back from his run, Jeff brought a little crab for the kids to see; sadly, the run took it's toll on the little guy, and Grace crushed his shell when she wanted to hold him.
