Learned.

Since moving to North Carolina, I've learned a few things:

*Sand feels great between your toes, but maybe not so great lining the inside of your swimming suit.  Solution?  Have lots of swimming suits.
This little one absolutely loved the beach.  She crawled straight towards and into the surf!

*Yoga on the beach can be relaxing, challenging, and fun . . . as well as funny.  Just make sure not to be too close to the surf, or doing too embarrassing a pose as the tide is coming in . . . or spectators are passing by. . .

*Life-size Foosball needs lots of great friends (and maybe a few more noodles?) Great night for it though.

*Building sand sculptures is a great way to pass the time, and digging motes always makes them better.

*Children love to be covered in heaps of sand.  Dads enjoy burying them.

*Salt covered hair can stand straight up, out, or sideways and that's where it should be.

*I absolutely L.O.V.E baby feet.

*Family pictures taken with a very high wind end up with some great hair styles. . .

 . . . love them anyway.
